2015-16 JSNA SUMMARY

The Joint Strategic Needs’ Assessment (JSNA) describes the health, care and wellbeing needs of the population of Stockport and identifies the priorities for action to improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities.

The JSNA is used to develop the Stockport Health and Wellbeing Strategy and to inform the commissioning of health and care services to meet those needs.

The JSNA is a continuous process and is updated as additional information becomes available, as gaps are identified and in response to feedback received. This site sets out the identified priorities for 2016-2019 and presents the findings of the in-depth 2015/16 JSNA analysis.
